  • Overview

    Installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides support to employees.


    • Provides technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
    • Provides telephone, in-person and online support to end-users.
    • Configures desktop computers, laptops, software, printers, mobile devices and troubleshoots issues that may occur.
    • Creates, removes and maintains user accounts at domain level and within email system.
    • Assists in maintaining and posting of content to company web sites.
    • Maintains comprehensive organization wide hardware and software inventory.
    • Completes software installs and upgrades for standard and non-standard applications.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong working knowledge of workstations, laptops and printers in a network environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of network topologies and network protocols.
    • Strong computer application skills, in the following; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers and Adobe Reader.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates.
    • Ability to deal with diverse personalities at various levels within and outside the company.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and not be distracted by interruptions.
