Marketing Representative

Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention.


Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze customer business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process from pricing to preparing contracts and enforcing credit terms.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new services.
  • Coordinate and attend all relevant marketing events.
  • Maintain all social media accounts.
  • Coordinate fund raising events quarterly.
  • Create literature, signage, merchandise and other materials to be used at marketing events.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to proficiently use and perform key functions of MS Office programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with all employees and management staff.
  • Ability to travel out of the area and overnight.
